I reviewed an online owner's manual for the 2007 Honda CR-V and on page 250 it indicates that the 4WD CR-V can be flat towed all wheels down up to 65-mph. There is a specific preparation procedure to follow to get the car ready for flat towing and this is detailed on pages 250-251. You will want to check your own owner's manual to confirm since it may contain additional information not included in the online manual.
