Towing trailers with different coupler sizes just got easier thanks to the 180 Hitch 2-ball mount. This ball mount features stainless-steel 2" and 2-5/16" hitch balls on opposite ends of the ball mount platform. Switching to the opposite ball is fast and easy - pull out the dual pins and remove the platform from the shank and simply flip over the platform so that either the 2" or 2-5/16" hitch ball is on top. Slide it back up along the shank to the desired height and reinsert the dual pins, hitch up, and go! Because both balls are contained on the platform, you won't have to keep track of separate balls that must be completely removed and installed each time you need to switch trailers.
This ball mount's convenient stowable design keeps the ball mount platform out of your way when you're not towing. To stow the ball mount platform, simply pull out the dual pins and remove the platform from the shank. Place the ball mount platform on the backside of the shank facing your vehicle. Reinsert the dual pins to attach the platform to the shank. The 180 Hitch can be used in either the drop or rise position to best suit your application.

Hello neighbors, Steven here with etrailer.com. Let's take a look together at our Weigh Safe 180 Hitch with an eight inch drop, nine inch rise option for a two and a half by two and a half inch hitch shank size. Now folks, this is gonna give you a nice ball mount with included hitch balls, included hitch lock and the included locks on the head assembly here. That's all key alike and it comes with rubber covers to cover that for moisture, dust, debris, that kind of thing. You're gonna get a two inch ball rated at 8,000 pounds capacity and a two in five 16 inch ball rated at 18,500 pounds capacity. Now getting into it folks, again, you're gonna get the hitch pin lock included and the head unit dual pin lock included as well and four keys and those are two keys, so they're very nice, elegant and hard to pick because they're round and tubular shaped.
Now some quick dimensions, I go from the center of the ball back to the center of this hitch pin hole and the farthest one, starting at the closest one, I was getting about eight and a half inches and when I went to the farthest one, I got nine and five eights and then when I went from the center of this hitch pin hole back to the back of the unit, I got right at three inches and on the closest hole to the back, I got one and seven eighth inches. So everything here is a solid piece of billet 6061T6 aluminum, so super light, rust, corrosion resistant, those kind of things and the ball itself is a one piece stainless steel ball assembly. Now that's rust proof. Stainless steel, as you know, is gonna stand the test of time. Very nice, elegant.
Everything here is heavy duty. As far as opening and closing and using the locks, again, very simple. Put the tube key in and simply unlock it, pull it out. Let's say you had to go on this one. The good thing with the tube keys is they are very simple to use, they make it a lot quicker and on this one here, let's say I wanna switch to the 2 and 5/16 ball, unlock it, pull the pin out, now I just rotate the ball over, took me all of about 10, 15 seconds maybe, and now because I flipped it over, the locking pin is on this side now of the unit and I simply push in, lock it up and it's good to go, ready to go.
And then you just put your dust cover right back over there, keep everything nice and clean and free of moisture and debris and that kind of stuff. So, folks, a very nice ball mount option here. Again, you get the two balls, stainless steel, everything's aluminum, you don't have to worry about rust, corrosion, anything like that. Well folks, that's gonna wrap it up.
