Hello, everybody. This is Jeff at etrailer.com. Today, I'm gonna take a look at the BulletProof Hitches Medium Duty Cushion Two Ball Mount. It has a 14,000 pound gross towing weight capacity. Now this is a cushioned road suppressor two ball mount that'll let you hook up your trailer to your tow vehicle. It is designed to fit into the steel Bulletproof Adjustable Hitches, and this will provide flexibility and convenience for multiple towing configurations.

You can see it has two different size hitch balls, a two inch diameter, and a two in five 16ths inch diameter. So this will let you tow trailers with different coupler sizes. And to switch the ball to what size you need is pretty easy. You just simply remove these two pins and clips, flip the ball platform to what ball size you need, reinsert the pins, and you're all ready to go. Now we mentioned this as a unique shock absorbing design to it.

Ensures a nice, smooth, steady ride. Right back here it has a cushion polyurethane bushing to reduce rattling and vibration for a more comfortable ride. So you can see, it has a pivot point here. So when this does move, this cushion's gonna absorb any of that. Also, you can see there's a polyurethane bushing right here when you install this between your channel mount.

So this reduces shock that loads to the vehicle during sudden braking or acceleration. And it'll minimize stress on your tow vehicle's suspension and brakes for extended longevity. Now this does install into your existing BulletProof Adjustable Ball Mount, using the included five eights inch diameter hitch pins and clips. Channel dimension, if we measure the width on it outside to outside, is three inches. So it fits into your standard three inch wide channels.

The height on the channel portion, seven and a quarter inches. Now the hole spacing where the pins go, if we measure center to center, four inches. And the whole diameter, again, is five eighths of an inch. Now since this is a dual ball design or ball mount, the weight capacity is gonna depend on the size of the ball you'll be using. So if you're gonna use the larger two in five 16ths ball, it's gonna give you a 14,000 pound gross towing weight capacity, and a 2,000 pound tongue weight capacity. If you flip it over and use the smaller two inch ball, it'll get you a 10,000 pound gross towing weight capacity and a 1,000 pound tongue weight capacity. Now this one is a medium duty ball mount, so it is best suited for trailers that have an optimal tongue weight range of zero to a thousand pounds. This is made of a heavy duty steel. Has a nice black powder coat finish to resist corrosion. The balls themselves are nitrocarburized to provide an additional hard protective shell to them. And if you notice, they do include this tube of anti-friction grease to put on the hitch balls when you connect to your coupler.
