Can BulletProof Hitches Shackle Handle 4,500 lb Hybrid Camping Trailer

Question:
The weight of my Hybrid camping trailer is 4500 pounds loaded. Will these shackles work to extend where my safety chains hook. 2016 Chevy Silverado 1500 4x4.
