Weight Capacity of BulletProof Hitches Shackle for Trailer Safety Chains

Question:
Im looking for shackles to extend the chains on my camper. Id like to get a little more length when towing with my lifted f-250. The camper has a GVWR of 7450 and I want to make sure the weight rating on the shackles are 6500 a piece not 6500 across the 2.
