I did receive the item from your company. To my disappointment the were no threaded mounting hardware included to mount the items in theTracRac. I would have expe ted for the price point I would have received a complete item, not just an injected molded piece of plastic that I now have to go to a hardware store to locate a threaded stem to attach the plastic tie down to my truck rack.

Very nice. Purchased these crossbars and associated parts to attach to an ARE cap on a 2015 Tacoma. Looks great, fits well (had to file track nuts a bit to fit into the pre-installed tracks on the cap), but all in all very pleased with the results. etrailer staff very helpful in lining up the necessary parts.1310028

Broke easier than originals, poorly made, lasted 2 days, It was used to carry 1 ladder and only snugged the ratchet strap, go over a couple bumps on a construction site and breaks off or cracks above the base1280606

These bolts worked great on my TracOne TracRack for my 12’ kayaks. I would drive hundreds of miles without any issue with these mounting points.602564

Perfect after several month of use. I sold the tracrac with the units on it. I drove well over 3,000 combined miles with 100+ lbs kayaks strapped with these eye hooks and never was concerned.

We purchased tie down loops for our TracRac ladder rack along with some replacement parts for the rack, which all came quickly and were easy to install. The company’s website and customer service were superb and we have brought our kayaks out many times now, safely secured with our new hooks! I thought the tie downs came with the screws to hold them in place on the rack.
If you lost the screw when the tie down broke you are up the creek.529708

I just needed 1 tie down for my TracRac. I use it to secure an extension ladder for work and the original had come loose and somehow I lost it. Most places I found were selling them in sets of 4 but thanks to etrailer I was able to get 1 replacement. The order cam through in a couple of days. Screwed it on and I'm back in business. For being plastic these little tie downs are surprisingly strong. I tie 32 foot ladders, and lumber to them constantly and they always hold great. only reason I had to buy replacements is I drove too far into a low ceiling garage. Not tough enough to stop a 3500 Duramax, though I deem that acceptable! lol all in all very happy with these!744623
