The Dometic 320 Full-Timer RV Toilet # DOM87FR is 22" from the back of the toilet to the front edge of the toilet. The length from the wall will vary based on the amount of space from your center flange to the wall. You will need to add 22" to any distance over 11" that you have between your wall and the center of the toilet flange. I have included a diagram that shows the overall heights, width and length of the Dometic 320 Toilet incase there is another measurement you need.
The Hand Sprayer Installation Kit # DOM75FR can be added if you like having a sprayer to help clean out the toilet bowl. And I highly recommend keeping a spare Flush Valve # DOM93FR incase it becomes damaged. I have seen a lot of these get replaced as most forget to winterize the toilet when they park their camper in cold temperatures.

Hi Bud, I'm also looking into the Dometic 320 toilet. Unfortunately my flange bolts are at 10-3/4" off of the back wall. I need to gain 1/4 to 1/2" for the install to work. Looking at the photos of the back of the toilet, it appears there is excess porcelain that sticks out beyond the backflow valve. I realize I would probably void a warranty, but I'm considering shaving back the porcelain lip to gain the clearance I need. If this works, it would be significantly easier than trying to move the toilet flange forward by 1/2 an inch. Let me know if you think there is enough room on the back to trim some material away. My next choice is to open a hole in the wall. Not what I really want to do. Thanks, Ben
