Typically most leaks I have found on toilets is caused by a damaged/cracked valve. While I have no way to know what toilet you have on your 2019 Puma travel trailer the most common toilet I find used is the Dometic 300 series which would use the Valve # DOM93FR. If this is your first time using the camper after it was winterized then more than likely there was not any antifreeze in the valve and it froze which caused a crack in the housing.
If you have a different toilet please check the specific valve for your toilet and if you can let me know which toilet you have I can verify if we have the correct valve and where to find it as on some toilets it is hard to find.
