Hi everybody. Andy here with etrailer.com. Let's take a look at this Optronics low-profile, clear LED strobe warning light. Now this clear strobe beacon light for your vehicle is going to give you a warning signal to help increase safety. This is gonna be great for emergency, towing, plowing, transportation, warehouse, and agricultural applications. Just to name a few applications that this would be good for.
This is SAE-J845 Class 1 approved for emergency applications. And this also has the California Title 13 Class B certification. So obviously, I have my light connected to power here and I'm showing you one of the 11 different patterns that this light offers. Now I do wanna point out that if you are sensitive to strobe lights or flashing lights, just be aware of that 'cause when I shut my lights off here to give you the demonstration, it's gonna be quite a bit more dramatic. So let me go ahead and do that now before I give you a closeup.
I'm gonna go ahead and shut my studio lights off here. And I wanna go through the patterns here. So like I said, you're gonna have 11 different patterns that's going to be controlled here by a switch that you're going to install this since it's a hardwired application. On this pattern, I wanted to point out that this is a what I call a stationary light. It's not flashing or anything like that.
It might be you're seeing a slight flicker or a flash. Unfortunately, that's what LEDs will do sometimes through a camera. But this is not a flashing pattern. It's actually just a stable light that's on there. So just kind of continuing through here.
These LED lights are highly efficient, they're durable, they're long lasting, and this light is also electromagnetic interfering shielded so your lights can't be disrupted or turned off. I think I've gone through all the patterns there. I'm gonna go ahead and turn my studio lights back on. I'm gonna go ahead and go for a closeup. And I'm gonna go ahead and disconnect the power source. So I'm not giving you a headache there. I wanted to show you the wires here. This is a three wire system installation. So this can be connected directly to a battery or hardwired into your vehicle. The red is going to be your power. The black is gonna be ground, the yellow is your pattern selection, and the lead here is about 18 inches long. And this light has a polycarbonate lens with the aluminum sealed housing. So this is durable. It feels like it's made out of quality products. It's very substantial. It's weather-resistant. It has an IP rating of 67. This is going to be a surface mount. It doesn't have a magnetic mount. It does include hardware as you can see here. So this is gonna be a permanent surface mount installation. And let me go ahead and just give you some overall measurements so you have a good idea of the size. So lining my ruler up here to the base here to give you the diameter. We're sitting pretty close to 4 5/16 inches on that diameter. And the height on this low-profile light, about 1 7/8 inches tall. But I think that's gonna wrap up our real quick look today. I do hope that it was helpful for you. Again, my name is Andy. Thank you for joining me.
I haven't installed it yet but I did power it up. Impressed! It is bright and looks to be well built. Going to use it as a belly strobe on a single place light kit plane. I think it's going to work out fine. As advertised, Fast ship, Good value. Thank you so much!
