Hello, neighbors and friends, Steven here with etrailer.com. Let's take a look at our Optronics strobe warning light. It's gonna be a LED clear or white permanent mount. Now folks, I do wanna caution you later on this video, on the demo side, there's gonna be some flashing light sequences. So if you're susceptible to those kind of things, make sure you pause it or turn off the video. I'll make sure to let you know right before we get into that.
Now that being said, this is a nice clear LED strobe beacon light for your vehicle. It'll provide a warning signal to increase safety. It'll be ideal for like emergency situations, maybe towing, plowing the field, agricultural use, transportation, warehouse use. Pretty much the sky's the limit, it's up to you. You have a nice 18-inch long cord, and that's a three-wire wire-up.
You've got power, ground, and then you've got another one that's gonna be used in conjunction with the power. So on the 12-volt power lead, you tap the third wire and that's gonna be used to change the strobe function. Now this whole unit is a nice polycarbonate lens, (knuckles knocking) with the aluminum housing, it's all sealed, so it's durable and weather resistant. And you can permanently mount this with the three aluminum screws that are provided as well. Overall height is 4 3/4 inches tall while the diameter of the base is 4 11/16 inches.
Now this runs on the voltage that's either 12 to 24 volts. It is SAE J 45 class 1 and California Title 13 class B certified. It also has a built-in electromagnetic interference shield so that your lights can't be disrupted or turned off in event of electromagnetic pulse. Now folks, we're gonna go ahead and get back into the demo side of this. So this is the point that if you are susceptible to these flashing lights, I recommend you turn away and I will dim my overhead lights here and we will go ahead and get going on the demo.
All right, so bear with me here. Okay, and then like I said, we're just gonna tap the third wire here onto the power, and that's gonna get us to change our strobe function. And again, you have up to 10 functions here. So as you can see, a very clear white light, however you wanna describe it. And again, very, very visible, the LEDs make it easy to see. They're long-lasting, they're durable, they're super efficient. So you're gonna be using minimal power. So a lot of times if you're maybe a safety vehicle or something and you're on the side of the road for long periods of time, the traditional ones may have ran your battery down over time. This would take probably a lot longer. And the traditional strobe. All right folks, I think that's gonna wrap it up for the demo portion here. I'll go ahead and shut everything back off and turn on my overhead lights. Well, folks, that's gonna wrap it up just a quick look at our Optronics strobe warning light, this one in clear. We also carry it in four different colors as well. I'm Steven, thanks for watching and have a great day.
