Hello, neighbors, Steven here with etrailer.com. Let's take a look at our Optronics Amber Strobe Warning Light. It's gonna be LED, and it's gonna run on 12 to 24 volts of power. Now, folks, I do wanna caution you up front, later on in the demo we're gonna have some light flashes and strobe sequences, so I will warn you when we get close to that, but if you are susceptible to those kinda things, I'll let you know before we start those and you can pause or turn away as needed. So, getting into it, folks, a nice polycarbonate amber LED strobe warning light. You got 10 different strobe patterns, and this is a great addition maybe for emergency uses, maybe you got a towing company or you have a construction business, whatnot.
Transportation warehouse even, agricultural, the sky's the limit. And we do offer this in five different colors, blue, red, yellow, green, and the amber that we got here today. So, if amber's not your cup of tea, so to say, you can pick a different color, we've got 'em here at etrailer.com, you can check them out after you watch the video here. Overall, the height is 4 3/4 inches tall, the base is 4 11/16 diameter. They give you a nice three-wire cable that's 18 inches long overall, and you got a power and a ground, and then this yellow one, you'll tap onto the power side or the hot side wire to change your sequencing, and then once you've got the sequence you want, then you can just cap this yellow one off and not use it anymore, unless you're wiring it up to where you wanna be able to switch the strobes, you could do that as well, so it's totally up to you during install.
You get three of these aluminum screws included. That's gonna make it a quote, unquote, permanent mount if you want, and you don't have to worry about rust, corrosion, being aluminum, they're not gonna rust out on you. Now, this polycarbonate lens and housing is also aluminum. It's sealed, so it's durable, weather-resistant. It even has electromagnetic interference shielding built into it, so if for some reason there's an electromagnetic pulse, that's gonna stop that interference and it won't disrupt the light, turn it off or anything like that.
It is California Title 13, Class B-certified, and also SAE J845, Class 1-certified for emergency applications. All right, folks, I will go ahead and get this wired up real quick for demo. So, again, this is the point if you have susceptibility to strobing lights and whatnot, you'll want to turn this video off or pause it as needed. I'm gonna go ahead and shut off the overhead lights here, and we're gonna get into it. All right, and then, like I said, all I have to do is tap this yellow wire onto the positive side for a second or two to change the strobe function.
Once again, there's 10 different patterns here, and you could wire it up to have just a solid amber if that's what you so choose. Now, the LEDs, as you can see, are bright. They're also highly efficient, they're durable and long-lasting compared to your halogen-style bulbs and the old style bulbs and stuff that are out there on the market. And I think we got one more here. All right, and that's gonna wrap it up for that. I'm gonna go ahead and turn the overhead lights back on for us. All right, folks, I wanna thank you so much for joining me today. Again, I'm Steve here at etrailer.com, and this has been our quick look at the LED Amber Optronics Strobe Warning Light. Have a great day.
