Question:

Looking at Part Numbers: RP30047,RP30035 to install on my 96 F250. Is this all the hardware Ill need or am I missing something brackets, hardware, etc...? Thanks.

5th wheel base rail installation kits include base rails, frame brackets and all required installation hardware.

The Reese 5th wheel base rail installation kit # RP30035 and 16K 5th wheel hitch # RP30047 are fully compatible with each other and with your truck. The base rail kit is the universal-fit type; these cost less but take longer to install due to the need for frame drilling. If you want to have the easiest base rail install use a custom kit # DM8552005-71.

For a wiring harness you can use part # 20023 which is an exact OEM replacement.
