The only underbed rail kit we have for your 1993 Ford F-250 with the 8' bed is the Custom Underbed Installation Kit for B&W Companion 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches part # BWGNRK1100-5W for models without the overload leaf spring or part # BWGNRK1110-5W for models with the overload leaf spring. I have attached a photo of an overload leaf spring to help you determine whether or not you have this feature.
The above underbed rail kit comes with a B&W gooseneck hitch and will easily allow you to attach the B&W Companion 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch part # BWRVK3500-5W without requiring additional base rails to be used. If you already have a 5th wheel hitch or would like a different hitch than the B&W Companion, you can use the Curt X5 5th Wheel Base Rails Adapter part # 16310 to attach any 5th wheel hitch that uses industry standard rails (ISR).
Should you choose to use the more cost effective above bed rail kit then I recommend taking a look at the Demco Hijacker Premier Series Above-Bed Base Rails and Custom Installation Kit for 5th Wheel Hitches part # DM8552005-71 which will also work with any 5th wheel hitch that uses industry standard rails (ISR).
