Availability of 5th Wheel Base Rail Kit for 1992 Ford F-250 that does Not Require Frame Drilling

Question:
will this work on a 1992 F250 4x4 with over load springs without drilling additional holes in the frame? I have a Hijacker ultra 16,000 lb hitch. thanks

The Demco Hijacker Premier Series Above-Bed Base Rails # DM8552005-71 referenced in your question are confirmed to fit your 1992 Ford F-250 with overload springs but it will require drilling into the truck's frame for installation. There is not a base rail kit available that doesn't require frame drilling on your Ford F-250.
These base rails will work perfectly with your existing Demco Hijacker. All of the needed brackets and hardware for installation are included.
