Question:
My DT65MR hitch has arrived. Is there a video on your website for installing this hitch? I installed a similar hitch on 2012 Highlander several years ago after watching a video on your site and it was great.

We do indeed have a video showing the installation of the Draw-Tite # DT65MR Class IV hitch on your 2015 Highlander, I've linked you to the install video as well as the installation instructions and an FAQ article with all kinds of installation tips that I hope you'll find helpful.
I've looked over the installation instructions, and they seem pretty simple and straightforward. You'll remove some existing appearance panels if they're present, remove the tow hooks from the frame rail, as well as the plastic plugs that cover the holes that the bolts used to fasten the hitch will be inserted into. You'll then relocate an exhaust hanger bracket as shown in the instructions, and then install the hitch by using the provided 12 mm bolts.
Go ahead and look over the provided instructions, and if you have further questions or something you're unsure about, please feel free to give us a call, we'd be happy to help.
If you'll be using the hitch for towing a trailer, you might need the following to complete your towing set-up:
Ball mount, part # D-4
Trailer wiring harness, part # 118449 or # 56042 if your Highlander is equipped with the tow package. Your Toyota dealer will be able to tell you if your vehicle is equipped with the tow package if you provide them with your VIN.
2 inch trailer ball, part # 63845
1-7/8 inch trailer ball, part # 19260
Stainless steel locking hitch pin, part # e98882
