The mounting tabs of the Curt item # 16055 Bed Rail Mounted Gooseneck Hitch are compatible with industry-standard bed rails from Curt, Draw-Tite, Hidden Hitch, Reese, Valley and Husky. If any of these companies manufactured your bed rails, the Curt # 16055 would work great for you.
Center of tab to center of tab, the mounting tabs are 10 inches apart, side to side. Center of tab front to back is approximately 22 inches apart, 21-15/32 inches to be exact. See the photo I've linked for you.

The plate doesn’t quite fit the Husky rails. The rails are just a little too far apart. I don’t want to move them and alter the 5th wheel hitch fit. Is it ok to grind a bit? If so, should I be grinding the tabs or the slots in the rails that the tabs go in?
