If you have a set of industry-standard above-bed 5th wheel base rails in your truck you can tow a gooseneck trailer by installing an adapter such as the Curt Spyder # 16085 or the Curt 25k # 16055.
All of these 5th wheel rail gooseneck adapters are standardized to fit into any brand of 5th wheel base rails.
Note that some of these like the Pro Series have offset ball placement which gives you the option to install the plate with the ball either more forward or more rearward which alters the amount of truck-to-trailer clearance.
You can refer to the linked article for more information on this type of towing adapter. The article also reviews adapters like the one shown in the photo that convert the gooseneck trailer, such as # BD0289650300 and # KPG5-R25-IP, which can then be used to couple to your 5th wheel hitch.

I have a 6’4” bed with a slider hitch. I know with the gooseneck, I do not need that feature to work, so is the round base plate small enough to avoid the capture plates. Hitch is a demco hijacker premier.
