Question:
I have a 2019 BMW x3 that I want to put a class III trailer hitch on with wiring. I need the ability to use both 4 flat and 7 round and I would prefer not to splice or cut the factory wiring do I have any options?

We do have some trailer hitch and wiring options for your 2019 BMW X3. For a hitch I recommend using the Draw-Tite Class III # 76226 as it fits all models of your X3. Then for wiring you'll need the T-One # TK77FR which tees in behind your tail lights and gives you a 4-Way for basic lighting.
To add the correct 4-Way and 7-Way connectors we will need to determine the purpose of having those sockets. We can mount the sockets to our receiver using the Easy Mount Bracket # C58000, but you will need to choose the correct wiring from the following:
Just trailer lighting - part # C57672
Trailer lighting and 12V power - part # ETBC7L
Fully functional 7-Way - part # ETBC7 (this would typically be used for a standard-type brake controller like the P3 # 90195)
If you plan on doing some towing then I recommend checking out the Curt Ball Mount Kit # C45534 that comes with everything else you'll need to round out your towing setup.
I've attached some videos on these parts for you to check out.
