Is this all that is needed to set up AC or what other parts are required. I have nothing not replacing an AC adding one.

The Furrion Chill Replacement RV Air Conditioner for Furrion Setup part # FR86PR is just an overhead unit. If you were looking to a do a full install then you'd need to add the Single Zone Controller part # FACC12SA-BL, the Wall Thermostat part # FR33PR, and the Air Distribution Box part # FACT12SA-PS.
