How to Install T-Slot Fit Kit in Malone AirFlow2 Roof Rack Crossbars
Question:
I bought the MPG6604 t-bolt kit to attach accessories to my airflow2 crossbars as you suggested. However I do not seem able to slide the square nuts in the t-slot because of the rubber tube-like filler in the t-slot. And I have not been able to slide out this tube without risking destroying it. It is stuck there. How is one supposed to position these nuts?

The rubber strips in the Malone AirFlow2 Roof Rack are supposed to accommodate the T-Slot Fit Kit # MPG8287 by pressing them down. It may be a little tight but they were designed this way to help limit the amount of wind noise that is heard when the wind passes over the crossbars.
