Connecting Two RV Propane Tanks for Manual or Automatic Changeover Between Tanks
Question:
is there a manual valve that can connect both tank rather then an automatic one

The Camco Automatic Changeover 2-Stage Propane Regulator for Dual Propane Tanks # CAM59005 is able to be utilized as manual changeover if you simply keep one tank turned off at the cylinder valve. There is not a specific manual changeover regulator we carry as this has an indicator to help you know when one tank is depleted and the manual check to remind you which was the main supply when the other is being used. If you want just the singe connection at a time, many people will simply use the single pigtail regulator like # CAM59313 and switch it between tanks as needed.
The benefit to the automatic system is that you don't lose function in the middle, so you can stay warm through the night or finish cooking your meal for example. If you don't want that feature, you can simply turn off one cylinder and the regulator will just pull from the side that has supply connected even when both tanks are physically connected to the regulator with the pigtails.
I've attached videos to assist.
