Correct Replacement for Atwood 71119 Landing Gear Motor

Question:

We have a 2002 Coachman chaparral 5th wheel. The front lift system will not let us jack it up or down. Attached is a picture of the part that we believe is the problem. We are fortunate that it happened to us at home. Is there a replacement part for this and if purchased and it does not work for us would it be returnable with a full refund?

We do have the correct replacement for your Atwood 71119 landing gear motor, which is what is shown in your photo. The replacement part is the Lippert Components Tuson High Speed 5th Wheel RV Landing Gear Motor # LC141893.
