According to Honda the towing capacity for your 2014 Honda CR-V is 1,500 lbs. As long as your trailer is not over 1,500 lb when loaded you'd be totally fine. The Draw Tite hitch part # 36520 that you referenced is a confirmed fit for your vehicle though and would be a great option for a hitch. For a ball mount then you'd need the part # 36051 and for a hitch ball # 19258 for a 2 inch size and part # 19256 for a 1-7/8 inch size.
For trailer wiring you'd then want the T-One kit part # 118561 which is a confirmed fit as well.
