The Equa-Flex Cushioned Equalizers - Tandem Axle # LC279687 will fit your 2007 Keystone Cougar 5th wheel. I also recommend using the Never Fail Bushings Kit # LC279684 for the complete maintenance free leaf spring bushing kit to match your equalizer's bushings.

Adding the Equa-Flex # LC279687 will not raise your trailer 2 inches. I've attached a photo of the dimensions to assist, but the height of the equalizer from center hole to the side holes is only 2-1/2 inches so probably not much different than your current system. If you want to raise your trailer 2 inches, I recommend using the Lippert Components Center Point by Trailair Air-Ride Suspension Upgrade - Tandem Axle # LC1565391. This will allow your trailer to be lifted 2 inches and will give you a cushioned ride that is even better than the Equa-Flex because it is adjustable. The other options are larger tires and wheels which require some measuring to ensure a fit or longer hangers which require welding.

Hey Darrel, we actually have exactly what you are looking for with the part #TRU52FR which is for a 7k axle and is 25-1/4 inch from eye to eye. This is also a 6 leaf spring as well. The spring you referenced would be too short.
