Backup Alarm Needed for a 2018 Chrysler Pacifica
Question:
Hello, Im looking for a back up alarm that will work on my 2018 Chrysler Pacifica. The unit I have on there has 12 volts going to it but the van does not have enough amps to run the buzzer due to the new efficient buck-up lights these vehicles have. Do you carry a low amp back up alarm or something for these new vehicles. It is not LED. Thanks

We do have a few different options for you to add a backup alarm on your 2018 Chrysler Pacifica.
You could either use the Hopkins Backup Alert # HM20101VA which plugs into your 4-Way flat connector and lights up as well as emits sound when you are backing up.
Another option that doesn't involve utilizing a light is the Light-Duty to Medium-Duty Back-Up Alarm # PK41820. You will just need to ground the black wire and then run the red wire to your backup circuit.
