Question:
I unscrewed the cap but the clamp wont come loose from the truck bed. I can I get the clamp off without breaking it?

If the clamp like the part # EX1034 is tight even after unscrewing knob that would mean it's either seized up and would need to be sprayed with some WD-40 to try and release it or it is some how binding up to the shaft of the threads.
You would want to gently pry on it to try and get it to release.
If it's damaged you would need the part # EX1034 to replace it.

I tried WD-40 for the same problem. It won’t budge. Can’t figure out how to get those things off!
