Glacier Cable Snow Tire Chains Review - 2013 Ford Edge
Today in our 2013 Ford Edge we will be installing the glacier cable snow tire chains, part #PW1046, with tire size P235/65-R17. Now these cable chains are perfect for the occasional use. They are rugged steel wire covered with hard steel rollers for traction. To begin with the installation we will lay our chains out flat on the ground and make sure we get out any tangles or kinks that may be in the chains. Now we will lay the chains over the tire making sure that the cross-chains are centered on the tread of the tire and the hooks are facing out. After we drape the chains over the tire we will need to move to the inside of the tire where we will go ahead and take the cable eyelet and fit it through the opposite side cable end.
