Roadmaster XL Base Plate Kit Installation - 2006 Jeep Commander

Today on 2006 Jeep Commander, we're going to install a base plate kit from Roadmaster, product number RM-1427-1. The first thing we're going to do is go ahead and open up the hood and remove six plastic fasteners across the top and the grill. To remove the grill, we simply pull up in the center. You may pick up on the side a little bit and it unsnaps. Now, we're going to remove the four fasteners that connect the bumper, cover, to the core support. Alright, we'll remove the tubes, bolts attaching the fascia to the radiator support.

Roadmaster Tow Bar Wiring Kit Installation - 2006 Jeep Commander

Today is 2006 Jeep Commander. Were going to install part number RM-154 from Roadmasters. First thing were going to do is route our cable from front to rear. One end of the cable, youre just cut it off and run towards the back, and it will save the other four pole for the in front of the car. Run our wire to the back of the vehicle, now well go ahead and remove the taillights, and were going to pull wires from the bottom up. Well just kind of unclip our wire harness here and then unplug the wire harness from the light.

Roadmaster Tow Bar Wiring Kit Installation - 1999 Dodge Durango

Today on this 1999 Dodge Durango we are going to install RM-154 from Roadmaster. This is a universal wiring kit. Alright the kit comes with inaudible 00:10 on both ends, we only need one for the front. So we are going to cut off the other one and thread that through the frame of the vehicle. So we ran a fish tape through the frame already, you can see how we have it pulled out right here, and we will just tape to it and pull it out of the frame. Well take our four pole and were just going to zip tie it to our bracket that is already on our base plate, and just leave it at that.
