The Wheel Masters 1-1/6-Inch Stainless Steel Lug Nut Covers that you referenced, part # WM8011, are intended to fit Ford truck 1-1/6-inch lug nuts so if this is the size lug nut on your wheel liners they should work as replacements. These fit over your existing 1-1/6-inch lug nuts.
We also offer a plier # WM8211 to make removal easier.
