Do Lug Nut Covers WM8011 Hold On Wheel Liners or Just Cover the Lug Nuts

Question:
Are these just the dummy nuts or are they the nuts that hold the ring on ? We have a 2000 Georgetown Motor Home made by River Forest.

Wheel Masters Lug Nut Covers # WM8011 are just lug nut covers meant to enhance the appearance of the vehicle wheels. That is their only function. They fit on Ford 1-1/16 inch lug nuts.
