I have a cargo trailer that I would like to mount the 15spare tire 28 diameter up high on the inside wall. What mount would you recommend? Thanks,

I would recommend the Rack Em Spare Tire Rack for Enclosed Trailers, item # RA-16. This rack will allow you to hang the spare tire on the wall of the trailer and additional holders, item # RA-16HST, can be added to carry another tire below the first or other items.
The Spare Tire Carrier - Horse Trailer, item # 413200, is designed as an external weld on application.
