Question:
2011 c2500 chev p/u. I have two questions. Can I use the NV22G on the back of a pull travel trailer with a 2inch receiver and can I use it on the chev. Truck with the 2.50 class 5 hitch that has a adapter to 2inch when I am not pulling the trailer.

The Kuat NV 2.0 bike rack you referred to, part # NV22G would work great in the hitch on your truck when you use an adapter like part # HT02. The rack is NOT recommended for use on the rear of a towed travel trailer.
Bike racks installed on the rear of a towed trailer are subjected to greater shaking and bouncing forces, for two primary reasons. 1) The suspension of a trailer is usually more stiff than a comparable vehicle suspension and 2) The greater than average overhang distance between the rear axle of the travel trailer and the rear bumper (remember how the ride in the back seat of the school bus was much bouncier than sitting anywhere else?) If you use a regular type of bike rack on the rear of your travel trailer, the rack could fail, resulting in the loss of the rack and bikes as you're driving down the road, which would be bad.
This extra shaking and jarring means that you'll need to use a bike rack specifically designed for use on a Travel Trailer or Motorhome. The Swagman E-Spec, part # S94FR is a similar type of bike rack that is designed for use on the rear of a travel trailer or motorhome. I'll link you to our entire selection of bike racks that are designed for use on the rear of a travel trailer.
