How would you connect the Optronics Rectangular LED Marker/Clearance Light - Amber, part number MCL35A32G, when trailer wiring does not have molded connectors? Would a Quick Splice Wire Connectorinch be a good option? What gauge wire is used by this light? Thanks.

If your trailer does not have the mating connector for Rectangular LED Marker/Clearance Light # MCL35A32G then the best thing to do is to cut off the light's connector and splice it to the trailer wiring. I recommend using heat shrink butt connectors, # DW05743-5, because a quick splice connector would not hold up well in the elements. The gauge of the wire should be 18 gauge, small wiring since it is an LED light.
