Hi i just ordered this kit i was looking at my front suspension bumper stops and this sure looks different mine are small oval pressed in rubber stops

The Timbren Front Suspension Enhancement System # TDDF974A has been confirmed to fit your 2002 Dodge Dakota as long as it's a 4 wheel drive model and will work just fine with your current bump stop configuration. You will remove your current bump stops and install this system in it's place. I attached a set of the installation instructions for you to check out.
