What is the factory tire size on a 1993 jayco 1206 pop up tent trailer? Right now theres 20.5 /8 -10 on their

If you check around the coupler of your trailer on the frame you should find a plate with axle capacity, tire size, and the VIN listed. That would be your best way of determining the original tire size that was on your 1993 Jayco 1206 pop up.
That being said, if the 20.5/8-10 tires you have now fit and perform well then going with that same size again would be a good idea. The modern size for that would be a 205/65-10.
For a tire in that size you would want the part # AM1HP56.
