MouseBlocker Recommendation for 2018 Jayco JayFlight 24RBS

Question:
I have a 2018 Jayco JayFlight 24RBS travel trailer. I am considering purchasing a MouseBlocker product for the inside of my unit. What unit is best? Does it need to be on the floor or can I set it on the counter where the outlet is located?

Hey Tom, for your 2018 Jayco Jay Flight 24RBS, I recommend the MouseBlocker PROx Plug-In Electronic Rodent Deterrent # MB34FR. This is definitely the best option as long as you have 120 power when the RV is stored.
You can absolutely place it on your countertop. It does not need to sit on the floor. In fact, placing it on an open countertop may be best because ultrasonic sound works best when there are fewer obstructions. Have you had a lot of mouse issues so far?

Tom, like you I have not had a mouse or rodent problem, but as they say "an ounce of prevention". I still have no issues, so for price I would recommend.

Tom--I purchased two of these last fall. I placed one under my son's semi and one inside the cab while he had it parked for fall. No mouse activity at all!!! I wouldn't recommend driving with them on unless you turn the sound off. I am infact going to purchase a couple more for our buildings.

Great advice! Thanks. I haven’t had issues with rodents yet but seeing a lot of voles and chipmunks in the yard the last few years. I want to prevent a problem from developing.
