Looking for Wedge that Fits B and W Fifth Wheel Hitch and Turning Point Pin Box

Question:
In case anyone is still looking for an SWW-06 to use with their Turning Point Pin Box: I doubt that you will be able to source an SWW-06, manufactured by Reese, now that Reese’s ownership is going through bankruptcy. I couldn’t find one new for love or money. However, I did order and install a MORryde Orbital Pin Box Wedge for B&W Hitch (MR34ZR) and it works perfectly, it appears to be an exact replacement for the SWW-06. The only issue is that the mounting bolts supplied with the MR34ZR are a different thread than the Turning Point uses. So I just used the mounting bolts from the generic wedge that came with the Turning Point and everything fit (and pulls) wonderfully.

Hey Tom, this is really good information! Thanks for sharing that the MORryde Orbital Wedge # MR34ZR would work for that. Yeah it's been a bit frustrating with Reese being basically out of commission so this type of solution is very valuable!

Love the hitch. It was an easy install. It works great on my F-350. I pull a 38ft 5th Wheel. Just make sure that you set the height on the hitch, so you don't rub the top of your tailgate. I have it at the highest and it worked out just fine. No rubbing.
