Dear Support, I have a eTrailer tow bar, Model 9998971 Ser P01926. I have bent the drivers side connecting arm and wondered if there is a replacement for it. It is the square part with the rod for holding the elecrical cord. Thank you for your response

Welcome back Robert. To replace the driver's side arm on your etrailer SD Tow Bar, you'll need the Replacement Connecting Arm item # DM13577-92. This will get your tow bar fixed so you can get back on the road.

The Replacement Connecting Arm item # DM13577-92 is labeled as the replacement for a Demco Commander Tow Bar. Demco makes our etrailer SD Tow Bars and they're a redesigned version of the Demco's Commander tow bars. I just wanted to assure you that this will be the correct replacement.

We also have the Replacement Inner Arm Connecting Shaft item # DM15713 incase you bent more than just the Connecting Arm item # DM13577-92.

The Replacement Connecting Arm item # DM13578-92 would be the correct one if you need to replace the passenger side as well.
