Hey there Terry!
There are quite a few BedSlide sliding truck bed trays that fit your 2023 Ram 1500 Bighorn Quad Cab, and it depends on if you want 1,000lbs or 1,500lbs capacity, and if you want 75% or 100% extension.
I personally would check out the BedSlide Sliding Truck Bed Tray w/ T-Tracks - 5" Rails - 1,000 lbs - Black # BE53ER or BedSlide Max Extension Heavy-Duty Sliding Truck Bed Tray w/ T-Tracks - 5" Rails - 1,500 lbs # BE93TV. The first one is much more affordable, but still is heavy duty at 1,000lbs capacity and 75% extension, meaning 75% of it can slide out past the truck bed. The second one offers an additional 500lbs of capacity and can extend out the full length of the tray at 100% extension.
You will need to do some minor drilling into the bed to install these permanent trays, but they will certainly get the job done after they are installed.
One other solution, which is an economical and lighter duty option, is the Truck Trolley Truck Bed Slide Out Tray for 5-1/2' to 6-3/4' Truck Beds - 300 lbs # TR87VR. This is a non-permanent tool-free installation and it offers just 300lbs capacity, which isn't as much as the others of course. But it's still a nice option for some people that don't have more than a few hundred pounds on it. Keep in mind, if you have a plastic drop in bedliner, you'll need to cutout the spots where the bed anchors are since that is how this tray attaches to the bed.
Let me know what you think Terry. What do you plan to haul on the tray?
