We've purchased these, and although they seem a bit pricey for what they are, they are exact original equipment replacements, and they are holding up as well as the ones that came with the mirrors.

The mirrors are excellent. The mounting hardware is completely flimsy and cheaply made. I ordered a spare set of hardware or should I say plasticware to have on hand just in case. The price of $40 for nickels worth of plastic is outrageous. But I did purchase them to carry as spares.

These replacement hardwares work, BUT... They will fail in time due to the long threaded hooks will be in the sun and that makes them fail. The sun degrades them along with heat and cold cycles. If they made these out of any coated metal part they would last 10X longer.
