Question:
I have an American Car Dolly which has electic brakes. I want to switch to disc brakes with actuator in hitch and do away with electric control. Pulling a 2013 VW TDI behind a 2003 Holiday Rambler Neptune RV. Will these work?

If the existing hubs on your dolly use a # L68149 inner and a # L44649 outer bearing and a 10-19 grease seal, the rotors will be compatible. You'll also need to make sure your existing wheels are at least 14 inches in diameter and have a 5 on 4-1/2 inch bolt pattern, the # T2HRCM10DAC hub/rotor assemblies you mentioned would work great.
So long story short, if the rotors are compatible with the spindles and wheels are compatible with the rotors, the Titan # T2HRCM10DAC kit will work well for you. You'd also need a surge actuator like part # 099-175-20 which is compatible with a 3 inch wide trailer tongue and a # 15SI-BLKIT brake line kit.
