Welcome back Mark and thanks for the information! Your 2007 Fleetwood Providence 40x has the Power Gear electric leveling system. To replace the right leveling jack motor you'll need the Replacement Motor item # LC89CJ. The price is on the product page or at the top of this Q&A.
As far as your slide out not locking in while traveling goes, you're going to have to replace the entire motor and gearbox assembly. The electromagnetic brake is integrated into the motor and gearbox. In order to find you the correct one, I am going to need a part number off of your slide out's motor. There's no database available that shows what specific parts are on your motorhome.

I replaced the electric leveling motor last year, it's a simple swap. The replacement motor works great and is redesigned to prevent water intrusion. I hope this helps.
