Looking for Replacement Control Panel for Lippert Ground Control 6 Point

Question:
I have a 2015/16 Montana with the Lippert 6 point level up system. Can you confirm that this control panel is the correct replacement for my existing control panel. If I am reading correctly the control board is stamped with 14058, see photos.

Hey Thom, thanks for all of the info you listed. The replacement control panel part # LC421484 that you referenced is the correct part you would need. Aside from needing a new control panel how do you like the Ground Control?

I was having problems with mine. I need to unhook the circuit board and plug it back in to get it to raise the legs. It was a real pain. I ordered this part and it works beautifully no more issues.
