Hey Todd. We don't have a complete all in one suspension kit for 3,500 lbs tandem axles but we do have every part you'll need. I have listed them below:

25-1/4" Long Leaf Springs - EMCO Item # EM46RB for 3-Leaf or item # e54SR for 4-Leaf. These are sold individually so you'll need four.

Wet Bolts, Shackle Straps, and 9/16" Bronze Bushings - MORryde Suspension Upgrade Kit for Tandem Axle Trailers - 2-1/4" Long Shackle Straps item # MR46ZR. This one kit includes all of the suspension bolts, shackle straps, and bronze bushings you'll need to install the new leaf springs and equalizers.

3,500 lbs Tandem Axle Equalizer - Lippert Road Armor item # LC53CK. These are sold as a pair and are designed for 3,500 lbs tandem axle trailers. I attached a diagram below so you can see their dimensions.

U-Bolts and U-Bolt Plates - Lippert U-Bolt and Nut Kit for 3,500-lb Trailer Axles - 2-3/8" Wide item # LC27RP and U-Bolt Plate item # TRTP238175. You'll need four of each of these parts to attach your axles to the new leaf springs.

Spring Hangers - Tandem-Axle Trailer Hangers item # H248. These are weld on spring hangers that measure 3-1/4" tall in the Front and Rear, and 3-5/8" in the Center Hangers. If you're replacing your spring hangers or adding new ones you'll need this kit as well.

What kind of trailer do you have and is it a custom build or are you just rehabbing the suspension? Feel free to answer this and throw in any other questions you have, where it says Add Comment.
