Does the Lippert 4-in-1 Threaded RV Sewer Adapter Rotate Above the Threaded Fittings?

Will the threaded portion of this fitting rotate once it is threaded into the sewer pipe in order to line up with RV? Sometimes once you screw the fitting into the sewer pipe it will then be pointing in a different direction than you need it to be.
