Mounting Plate Dimensions For The Ark Xtreme Off-Road Jacks ORJW750D And ORJW500D

Updated 08/27/2026 | Published 08/14/2026

Question:

Hello, We would like to purchase the Ark XO500 or possibility the XO750 etrailer part number ORJW500D andORJW750D for our pop up camper GVWR 2876lbs as we need to be able to move it by hand into a smallish space in the garage and have a couple questions: 1. I have searched EVERYWHERE to find out the size of the mounting bracket but to no avail. Can you tell me the size of the bracket and if they are the same on the XO500 and XO750? 2. We have an A Frame tongue that is decked over. We currently have an A Frame Jack that is mounted in the front center. However, there are two smaller openings near the back of the tongue and we may be able to clamp the Ark too. Is that okay the XO500 is not at the front and center of the tongue since our GVWR is relativity small? 3. I noticed that some places have a foot that can be attached to the bottom of the wheel of the XO750. Do you all sell that? All your videos, pictures, and responses to others have been so helpful on learning about this as we start our new adventures into pop up camping! Thank You!!

Hi Mandy!

I can definitely help with your questions. I pulled one of the Ark Xtreme Off-Road Swivel Jack - 1,650 lbs # ORJW750D and Ark Xtreme Off-Road Swivel Jack - 1,100 lbs # ORJW500D from our warehouse to measure the plates for you, only to figure out the box actually had all the measurements on it. Which I figured out 3/4 of the way through measuring the second plate (insert heavy sigh here). On the plus side, you are now getting far prettier diagrams than anything I could have made! ^___^

Neither of these jacks need to be front and center (so to say) when they are mounted. Typically, wherever is convenient is going to be the best pace to mount this. As long as you have to room where you are looking, you are good to go.

We do indeed have the Jack Foot for XO750 Series Ark Xtreme Off-Road Swivel Trailer Jack - Silver # ARK49FR as well. And to answer the potential next question, this foot will not fit the smaller # ORJW500D, unfortunately. I was hoping it would, but Ark confirmed it isn't a fit for anything but the larger capacity jacks. So if you are wanting to also get the joot add-on, you will need to go with the # ORJW750D.

Are you wanting to upgrade to one of these to help with storing your camper or getting it into position when you are out camping? I guess it would actually help in either case!
