Question:

Hi team, I am currently looking to replace or adapt my current trailer/agricultural hubs and would like to confirm if you have a compatible 5-lug replacement in stock or available for order. Current Setup and Technical Specs: Current Hub Model: HUBH413-6 4-lug on 5.00 / 4x127mm PCD, 3.625 center bore Spindle Model: S511-A01 Inner Bearing: LM67048 1.25 ID Outer Bearing: LM11949 0.75 ID Grease Seal: SE11 The Issue / My Goal: Because the 4-lug on 5.00 bolt pattern is difficult to find standard wheels for, I am looking to convert this setup to a standard 5-lug pattern ideally 5 on 4.5 so I can easily source off-the-shelf wheels. I am looking for a complete 5-lug idler hub kit or compatible wheel adapters that will fit directly onto my existing S511-A01 spindle with the LM67048 / LM11949 bearing combination such as part number DX22XR, AGH511, or an equivalent reference. Could you please let me know if you carry a direct fit replacement kit for this setup, along with pricing and availability? Thank you for your time and assistance! Best regards, Nicolas

Hi Nicolas,

Thank you for all the measurements and info you provided! That definitely made it a lot easier to get this figured out for you.

Based off all the measurements, the Dexter Trailer Idler Hub Assembly for 2,500lb Axles part # DX22XR is the closest kit to what you need to replace your agricultural hubs. It has the same inner and outer bearing combination of LM67048 (1.25" inner diameter) and LM11949 (0.75" inner diameter) as the agricultural hub, so it'll fit the S511-A01. However, the seal included in the DX22XR is too large for the spindle. The grease seal in this kit is 1.6888" ID, but you'll need a smaller grease seal that is 1.62" ID to fit the spindle sealing surface and a 2.332" hub seal bore. While we don't carry a seal this size, there are 1.625" ID x 2.332" OD seals available commercially like the National/NAPA 16064 and National 473117 is another seal with those dimensions.

What kind of agricultural trailer are you installing these on?

Thank you for the information! It's for a custom-built trailer, and I've already ordered the parts. Thanks again!
