When the miles start adding up, this tire and wheel combo stays steady. The Karrier ST225/75R15 radial tire carries up to 2,150 lbs at 50 psi and holds an M speed rating of 81 mph. Its radial design cuts down heat buildup and rolling resistance, which helps the tread last longer and keeps handling predictable at highway speeds. The setup meets Department of Transportation specs for peace of mind on long hauls.
Saltwater, rain, and humidity are no problem for this 15" diameter x 6" wide steel wheel. The galvanized finish seals out corrosion so it keeps its strength and clean look season after season. It’s a strong match to the tire’s heavy-duty build, especially when you’re dealing with wet or rough environments where rust is usually a threat.
This Kenda Karrier special trailer tire combines double steel belts with full nylon plies for long life and solid function. With a ply rating of 6 and 2,150-lb maximum load at 50 psi, it’s designed to handle serious weight without flexing or wearing unevenly. The computer-generated tread and premium rubber compound give it dependable traction in both wet and dry conditions.
Skip the extra step at the tire shop. The Karrier ST225/75R15 Radial Tire with 15" Galvanized Wheel comes as a pre-mounted assembly ready to bolt on. That means you can get rolling faster without paying for mounting or balancing services that most trailer setups don’t need. Simple install, solid performance, and no waiting around.
With a 5 on 4-1/2" bolt pattern, 0 offset, and a 3.19" pilot diameter, this tire-and-wheel assembly fits securely and tracks straight. At about 48 lbs total weight with an outer diameter of 28.4" and an 8.9" section width when inflated, it delivers a balanced ride that feels stable even under load—exactly what you want when you’re towing down the highway or over longer distances.
1. Count the lug holes
Look at the wheel hub or the back of the wheel and count how many lug holes there are(also called bolt holes).
Common configurations include: 4-lug, 5-lug, 6-lug and 8 lug
2a. For even lug counts (4-lug, 6-lug, 8-lug)
Measure from the center of one lug hole directly across to the center of the hole opposite it.
Common configurations: 4 on 4", 6 on 5.5", 8 on 6.5"
2b. For odd lug counts (5-lug)
Measure from the center of one lug hole to the outer edge of the hole directly across (not center-to-center since there's no directly opposite hole).
Common configurations: 5 on 4.5" (most popular), 5 on 5", 5 on 4.75", 5 on 5.5"
