Hi everybody. Andy here with etrailer.com and today we're gonna take a brief look at this Thule replacement square nut. Now this is going to replace one square nut for the DeWalt Contractor Series Ladder Racks and the Thule roof-mounted bike racks. And on your screen, I am including the model numbers of those racks and roof-mounted bike carriers that this is going to work with. So I have that there on your screen for your reference. And this square nut is found in a number of DeWalt Contractor Series Ladder Racks and Tule roof-mounted bike carriers.
And it is used primarily to install accessories into the tracks of your load bars. Now this square nut is directly from Thule, so you can trust that it's going to fit right in place of the original. You're not gonna have to worry about compatibility issues or anything like that. So if you are needing to replace one square nut for the DeWalt Contractor Series Ladder Racks and the Thule roof-mounted bike racks, this is going to be exactly what you need. Just what I needed for my roof rack track customization project. It is the closest match to the brass octagon t-nuts I was looking for.
For those who need to know: the thread fits a Metric M6x1.0 bolt. This nut fits snuggly into the Rola track system.

Lost one of the sliding square bolts for the aero blade crossbar. etrailer.com confirmed this was the correct bolt for my application and got a couple replacement bolts to me quickly (last 2 in stock). Bolt fit like a charm and allowed me to mount my Hullavator for a planned kayak fishing trip. Got an extra just in case. Thanks etrailer!

- How to Mount Older Thule Hullavator Into T-Slots of CrossbarsFrom my understanding you should just need the M6 x 30 Socket Head Cap Screw # TH919063054, the M6 Washer # 951061254, and the Square Nut # 853-7557 for installing the older Hullavator into the T-Slot of a crossbar system.
