Replacement Drop Leg For Jack On A 1967 Airstream Trailer

I need a leg for my 1967 Airstream trailer. The OD of the inner jack tube is 1.75 inches, so a 1.5 inch OD leg should work. Looking at this one: Replacement Foot Pad for Stromberg Carlson Electric Trailer Jacks Its not clear from the description if the OD of the leg is 1.5 inches and will fit. Please advise

I may have an option for you, but the Replacement Foot Pad for Stromberg Carlson Electric Trailer Jacks # 2500-3755G you were looking at has a 1-3/4" outer diameter and will not work for your jack, unfortunately.
With that said, check out the Roadmaster Quick Foot Assembly Tongue Jack Extender - 6" Extension - 5,000 lbs # RO84FR. This would actually install over that inner tube (see included image) and would give you up to 6" of additional drop. But, it would likely mean your jack could not be full retracted with it attached, so you would need to remove it when you weren't using it. Little bit of a pain, but it could work for you.
Now to be totally honest with you, this size jack leg isn't very popular anymore and there are not going to be a whole lot of parts that will fit. If the Roadmaster part isn't going to work for your jack, you really have two options. Replace the jack with something newer (let me know the capacity and lift height needed and I can find one that will work), or you could have a leg fabricated pretty easily.
All you need is a 1.5" tube in the needed length that someone can then drill a series of holes in for the pin to go through and hold it in place. From there, you can use something like the Replacement Footplate # JF-100-ZBK on the bottom of the tube. It will fit a 2" tube and will have no issues going onto a 1.5" tube. This is probably the way I would go.
